He had just robbed a bank as part of a mutually concocted plot with another five foot tall man who had just arrived on the opposite shore and was looking through binoculars, ready to pick up the robber in a getaway boat as soon as he saw the robber across the lake - would the man with the getaway boat go over to pick up the robber after the robber arrived and was standing there waiting?
