How far away are the objects you are looking at. You often get this problem if you are looking at things that are too close even if you can get focus on them.
If you still have the problem even when looking at distant objects on the horizon I would send the binoculars back. Collimation isn't generally something a binocular user should be expected to perform since doing it accurately requires a specialist jig.
Have you tried to hook it to USB and go to MyComputer and click on it's icon? You really don't need the software. If it uses a memory card then you can use a card reader.
