A lot of running. There will be an incredible amount of running. Starting out you all will go through conditioning drills. Push-ups, stretches, and walk throughs. It really depends on what position you're playing. At 5'11 I'd assume you are a running back, reciever, or defensive back. Be ready for catching drills, a lot of cutting and route running. Be sure to drink plenty of water. Let me know if you need anything else.
